Hydraulic Goods-Passenger Lifts

The Dimension Elevator Goods-Passenger hydraulic lift is ideal for applications where goods with capacity’s from 500 kgs – 10,000 kgs are required to be accompanied by passengers and transported vertically in an safe, efficient and economical manner. These lifts meet the EN81-2:1998 requirements and certification process as per CE certification under the Lift Directive 95/16 EC.

Aside from providing a customer focused engineering solution our hydraulic goods-passenger lifts offer the following benefits;

A) The principal of hydraulic lifts has proved extremely reliable for many years and are considered the workhorses of the industry.
B) Minimum headroom and pit depth requirements
C) The pump room location is flexible and while the preferred option is adjacent to the lift shaft at the lowest level served the hydraulic tank, pump and motor unit with the electrical panel can be located on any floor and up to 5 meters from the lift shaft.
D) Advances in engineering have lead to low-noise operation achieved by means of submerged drive assemblies combining efficient motors, accurate screw pumps and electrically regulated control valves.
E) Customised lift cabins, rated loads, ATEX options, etc are available to match clients specific requirements.

Our hydraulic goods-passenger lifts are available with a variety of door options as follows;

LPG model

– a goods-passenger lift with manual landing doors and an automatic centre opening tube member car door. This results in reduction in shaft space for equivalent clear door opening, and maximum car floor availability as clear door opening width corresponds to usable cabin floor width. Also this combination eliminates the risk of damage to doors due to ‘racing’ the door’s during loading.

LGG model

– a goods-passenger lift with automatic centre opening tube member car and landing doors. This results in reduction in shaft space for equivalent clear door opening, and maximum car floor availability as clear door opening width corresponds to usable cabin floor width.

LPS model

– a goods-passenger lift with automatic sliding centre opening shaft and landing doors. The doors can be fire rated, powder coated, stainless steel and supplied with heavy duty tracks.
