Hydraulic Car – Passenger Lifts

The Dimension Elevator Car-Passenger hydraulic lift is ideal for applications where vehicles accompanied by passengers are required to be transported vertically in an safe, efficient and economical manner. As per Lift Directive where passengers travel in a lift it is a requirement that the lifts meet the EN81-2:1998 and the certification process as per CE certification under the Lift Directive 95/16 EC.

Aside from providing a customer focused engineering solution our hydraulic vehicle lifts offer the following benefits;

A) The principal of hydraulic lifts has proved extremely reliable for many years and are considered the workhorses of the industry.
B) Minimum headroom and pit depth requirements
C) The pump room location is flexible and while the preferred option is adjacent to the lift shaft at the lowest level served the hydraulic tank, pump and motor unit with the electrical panel can be located on any floor and up to 5 meters from the lift shaft.
D) Advances in engineering have lead to low-noise operation achieved by means of submerged drive assemblies combining efficient motors, accurate screw pumps and electrically regulated control valves.
E) Customised lift cabin sizes are available depending on the type and size of vehicles that are to be moved.
F) Our lifts are provided with automatic sliding centre opening shaft and landing doors as standard. The doors can be fire rated, powder coated, stainless steel and supplied with heavy duty tracks. We also provide an option of tubemember doors which maximises the cabin floor space but requires a reduced shaft space.
G) Options include;

  • Traffic lights on the landings
  • Vehicle positioning indicator in the lift
  • Remote controls
  • Pull chord on landings
